While there, he realised something important: customers were being charged far too much. When he asked management why, the reply was simple:  “Offices have to be paid for.” 


That answer sparked an idea which was to build a premium moving company that delivers maximum client protection, outstanding quality, and fair, transparent pricing, without unnecessary overheads.

Before you move...

If you’re packing yourself, label every box, number them and note one important item inside each. This will make unpacking easier later. 


This is also a great time to declutter. It keeps costs down and simplifies moving day. Need help? We can handle recycling or disposal runs for you. 


Don’t forget to arrange parking for the vans — ideally at least two spaces near your property. If needed, we can organise a local council parking suspension on your behalf. 


On moving day...

When the crew arrives, walk them through your home so they know what’s being moved. We’ll protect floors and doors before lifting begins. 


Keep personal items such as keys, wallets, and documents aside. Provide your best contact number so we can reach you easily. Then relax and go for a coffee, grab lunch, or collect your new keys while we handle the hard work. Before departure, do one last home check to ensure nothing’s missed. 


At the new property, guide our movers through the rooms. Clear labels (like “Kids’ Room” or “Master Bedroom”) help speed up unloading. 


After your move...

If you didn’t add the unpacking service, start small. Unpack your kettle, work clothes, and essentials first. Take it box by box to stay organised. 


You’ll receive your final invoice via email. Please consider leaving a quick review — our team loves reading client feedback. 


Need extra help later? We also offer storage, clearance, and recycling services. Simply send a few photos of what you need handled, and we’ll respond quickly with a quote. 

How to book your move...

Step 1 – Choose your date 


Call Zackarie to arrange your free survey — in person or by video. On‑site visits are best for larger moves.


Step 2 – Meet your surveyor 


Show our surveyor what needs moving. It helps us plan everything accurately before the big day.


Step 3 – Receive your quote 


You’ll get a clear, all-inclusive quotation by email — no hidden extras.


Step 4 – Confirm your booking 


We’ll email your Terms of Business with a link — simply click Accept to confirm.


Step 5 – Secure your date 


Once accepted, pay a 20% deposit to lock in your booking.


Step 6 – Finalise your move 


Let us know your final date (especially if linked to property completion), and we’ll schedule your crew and vehicle.

    Two bays per van at both pickup and drop-off points.

    Book through your local council or property manager — or ask us to sort it for you.

  • Who covers the cost of fees or fines?

    Parking fees and penalties remain the client’s responsibility.

  • What does the service include?

    All packing materials, boxes, and professional labour.

    Yes, and you can switch to full packing support anytime.

Safety & Transport

Unfortunately customers can NOT travel in the removal vans — for insurance reasons. But rest assured, our crew will handle your belongings with the utmost care.
